This property has undergone a large transformation from its original state. Having once been 2 separate apartments which were joined into one, we re-arranged the distribution of this large 4 bedroomed apartment to make it more functional. The kitchen was converted into an en-suite bedroom and a dark window-less guest bedroom became a bright open plan kitchen with a utility room. All bathroom layouts were re-designed making them more user friendly and making sure space was used to its maximum potential. All ceilings were redesigned as well as the lighting. Paying attention to these details make all the difference to the finished result. The unappealing terrace was transformed into an attractive social space. This project was project managed from start to finish including supply of technical plans for the builders and general over seeing of all aspects of the work. Our clients were delighted to walk into their new holiday home where additional services had also been attended too such as a complete kitchen pack, all bed linen & towels and internet & television connections.
