This new-build villa was specifically designed with a neutral colour pallet for rental purposes. A high quality finish, monochrome throughout with splashes of glamour introduced through statement black & white prints & metallic accessories. This design was created utilizing layers of textured fabrics, combining contrasting patterns & tones to create perfect contrasts. Textured feature walls are present in certain rooms and the master suite features a bold statement headboard which clads the entire wall. Play-full suspended lights illuminate the bedside tables in selected bedrooms, a fun approach rather than standard table lamps. The lower floor features a home gymnasium with state of the art fitness machines, plus a family TV room with deep sofas, metallic toned scatter cushions & an oversized rich rug covering the entire area. The exterior area of the villa boasts broad, padded sunbeds – purposely selected for maximum comfort, plus a vast dining & lounging area with clever lighting solutions. The oversized giant floor standing lamps are an interesting focal point and add warmth to the lounging area which is also a cozy evening spot thanks to the exterior rug and generously sized sofas.
