This was a total transformation project, including construction work as well as Interior design. Lord Designs managed all aspects of the building works from start to finish and then went on to decorating each room of this 5 bedroomed 3 story villa. The reform included new interior & exterior flooring, new bathroom suites, kitchen, and terrace design. The property was tired & dated and in need of an update & refresh.
The clients brief was a “Modern / Moorish” look – to connect the interiors with the spirit of the old town in Los Arcos de La Frontera. We took design inspiration from Arabic influences and fused them with clean lines of contemporary design.
Each room is dressed with its own initial accent colour, bringing life & personality to each room.
